Whilst you are deciding on which venue suits your requirements, we are happy to hold your wedding date for an agreed period of time.

Full guided tour of the venue

You will meet your wedding co-ordinator, who will be available to support you throughout the process. They will help you explore your options and talk with you at length to find out your preferences, requirements and budget. You are welcome to bring family or friends to help advise you. Your wedding co-ordinator will create a bespoke wedding package based on your discussions. It will cover things like the date, number of guests, function rooms required, style of menu and confirmed costings. If required we can provide you with a proposal to help you reach your decision.

Contract signed

Once you have signed the contract, your wedding co-ordinator will be formally appointed.

Planning things in detail

When it comes to organising the details of your wedding, from registrar bookings to rehearsals, your wedding co-ordinator will give you as much or as little support as you wish. Final refinements

The ‘refinement’ period is a continuous process up until the day before your wedding. Your wedding co-ordinator’s goal is to get everything exactly as you want it including the day’s itinerary, seating arrangements and the garden’s appearance.

The day before

We will be on hand to receive the deliveries of anything being brought in from outside – (AV equipment, flowers, wheelchairs, film equipment etc.) to allow you time to relax and look forward to enjoying the next day.
