Our on-site catering team, led by MD of Catering Simon Fooks and Head Chef, Richard Trant, creates stunning meals on a par with those served in the capital’s best restaurants. Huge fans of the wonderful produce to be found within Britain’s shores, Simon and Richard focus on freshness, seasonality and big flavours. Prior to your big day, you will be invited to a menu tasting to sample different options and discuss your preferences and ideas. Richard will come in during the tasting and talk through your tastes and any special requests, reflecting your tastes and your guests’ requirements, and catering for any special requests. We also have our own impressively stocked wine cellar. Our knowledgeable Front of House manager Keith Thornberry will be pleased to help you devise a wine list, with wines and champagnes carefully matched to each course of your wedding menu. You will be able to sample wines and champagnes at your menu tasting.
